๐งก Listen to your body, if you want to stop then please do and sit out a couple of tracks
... ๐งก If youโve suffered from any type of sickness or virus please wait 48hrs from the last bout before returning - you will have been dehydrated!
๐งก Dress appropriately and by appropriate we mean as little and as cool as possible!
