We'll be open each day from 12 noon until 7pm. Great affordable all day fun for children up to 14 years of age. Entrance to use the inflatables all day is just £5 for a wristband. The wristband is not transferable to another person, but you can return as many times as you like on the same day!!... Shocking service, appalling attitude and absolutely zero customer service.

It's not acceptable to ruin a 6 year olds party by being 60 mins late and blame previous customers (or sat nav issues depending on which representative you believe!).

It's even less acceptable to be arrogant to a customer and generally not give a toss.
