Boundary Barn

Holiday let in the Cotswolds. Boundary barn sleeps 10 people in 4 bedrooms, three doubles and two twin rooms. Large open plan living area and games area.

Boundary Barn is a converted Cotswold stone barn. It sleeps 8 people in 2 double rooms and 2 twin rooms perfect for 2 families or groups of friends. Parking is possible for up to 4 or 5 cars at the property.

The master bedroom has ensuite facilities with the other rooms sharing the master bathroom, in addition there are two cloakrooms.

In the centre of the building the floor is open from ground floor to the peak of the roof space creating a light airy mezzanine area with further seating and games.

Downstairs is the large open plan Kitchen, Dining and Living room with a separate TV room with playstation for relaxing.

Large sliding doors give access to the smaller enclosed garden with seating and a BBQ and a perfect area for relaxing. A second set of sliding folding doors on the other side give access to the larger garden which is about 1 acre in size and perfect for active children, be they big or small.

Past the larger garden and hidden behind the hedge are the paddocks and stables leading down to the river Churn at the bottom of the paddocks. Riding in available in the village on an hourly basis and for keen riders with there own horses it may be possible to arrange by separate agreement use of stables and grazing for your stay as well as some guided hacks in the area.

Within easy distance of the village are numerous activities in the Cotswold water parks, swimming in the lakes in the summer, sailing, waterskiing and wakeboarding are all close by. In addition bicycle hire is close by allowing easy access to all the water park area. On the edge of the water parks is a rally driving school and clay pigeon shooting.

Nearby is Cirencester for general shopping and siteseeing, with Swindon being about 10 miles away the train museum and outlet centre are within easy reach.

In our opinion the best food in the area is at the Wild Duck in Ewen with is a 15 minute drive or Taxi ride away, though Cirencester has plenty of eating opportunities as well.
