All proper free range (chickens can be seen in their large field near the road) and taste lovely and better than you can get from any supermarket!

From next Saturday you will be able to climb to the top of Horsey Wind pump and see the wonderful restoration of this Norfolk icon.

Your fish & chips would have been a bit soggy if you were sitting on these benches yesterday. Exciting to see the power of the sea crashing over the wall.

Good idea for a birthday present.

lovely cottages. Beautiful walks right on the door step, lovely beaches just down the road. I must admit it is am amazing place for any dog that is afraid of fireworks or one that has been rehabiliated. We only heard one or two the whole week. The dogs had a wonderful time, a real doggy paradise, lovely for the humans too



So nice and peaceful, wonderful private courtyard and shared paddock. shame the week went by so quickly, next time I will book 2 weeks, as a week was not long enough. Would recommend to anyone that wants a nice peaceful break

Wonderfully Relaxing Holiday Accommodation set in Beautiful Countryside. Have enjoyed every holiday we've had here immensely.

What a lovely place to stay everything you could possibly need,fantastic setting,owners really nice people and very helpful.

We've stayed there 3 times and have just booked for next year! Lovely cottages, great location, everything we need. Great for the Broads and great for cycling as well with lots of pubs within a bike ride.



Our 2 cats, Alfie and Ollie, also like it there too.

We loved our stay, well equipped, quiet and a nice touch- fresh eggs and local beers, local jams on arrival.

Would recommend but don't want to ��� we would never be able to book if more people knew how good it is.

We love it here been in all the properties they are all very high standard well equipped and comfortable it's always nice getting a welcome pack with fresh eggs jam flowers and biscuits. And the postcards

Our second stay at Boundary Stables and now can’t wait until the next time. A haven of peace and quiet, walks right from your doorstep and so dog friendly with a large paddock to exercise your dog or for children to play in. Everything has been thought of from the welcome pack of fresh eggs and local produce to the comfortable beds, walk in showers and so much more. 10/10 highly recommend

Just got back from a 4 day break, what a fabulous place, we had booked in for Wren, a small sleeps 2 accommodation, but Julian kindly gave us a free upgrade into Kestrel. The accommodations are very well appointed and have excellent wheelchair access to all rooms, there was locally produced complimentary goodies that were much appreciated and fresh cut flowers in the room that was immaculately clean, all this and dog friendly too! There is a comprehensive information pack, telling you of local info, doctors dentists, places of interest and good walking routes, that my dog and I thoroughly enjoyed, and the beach is dog friendly too! Only one complaint, the break was over way too soon. I am more than happy to recommend Boundary Stables to anyone wanting a relaxing place to stay, there is also a sauna for guest use which was a lovely thing after a long chilly hike with the dog. Have been going here for 10 years now.. and it's as good now as it was then... excellent modern clean accommodation.. lovley setting great location.. But it's the attention to detail of the owners that make that extra difference...fresh eggs in a welcom pack with other local produce samplers.. walk in shower rooms that are disabled friendly...haven't found any accommodations as good as this for my disability ...

Had a wonderful few days with hubby, our 2 daughters & our Boxer dog Beau. We stayed in Kestrel & Barn Owl. Cottages were decorated to a very high standard. Lovely walks on your doorstep & a 5 min drive from a gorgeous dog friendly beach. Will definitely return in the near future :)

Had a lovely relaxing week. We stayed in Kestrel - very comfortable and spacious. Very well equipped, everything has been thought of. The accommodation is located in a very rural, peaceful location 5 minutes drive from Happisburgh Beach. Perfect for chilling and dog walking.
