We’ve bought two items online from the Bournemouth baby centre, months apart. Each time we’ve initiated contact with customer service, once for a price match and once to check stock levels...the service has been second to none, products great delivered in a timely fashion! Much better than a certain high street baby store! Many many Thanks guys!!

We ordered the new mamas and papas ocarro 4 piece bundle from baby centre, we put a deposit down and paid as and when.. on final payment the Pram was ready to take away that day. Cannot thank the staff enough for the friendly professional service they provided. I have continuously been googling reviews on this Pram/pushchair as it is a new model out and most of the bad reviews I have read are that Prams are being out of stock and not being delivered on arranged date even when paid for in full.. we had no problem like this what so ever with baby centre, we received the Pram when payment was paid. Never had a problem once, this is my 3rd baby and we have always used baby centre, I would defiantly recommend and great prices too that cannot be beaten (trust me I'm a bargain shopper :) ) the advice and demonstrations they give you on how to use a Prams are also spot on. Thankyou baby centre staff :)

This was my first experience buying from the Bournemouth Baby Centre and it certainly won't be my last. I tried to order a bedcot on the Internet but was having problems so rang the shop directly. The lady I spoke to, and other staff I have spoken to since, could not have been more helpful, friendly and efficient. I ordered the bedcot over the phone, was contacted once it was in store to arrange my preferred delivery date and was emailed with updates and tracking of the purchase. What wonderful service! On top of that, the bedcot was well over £100 cheaper than other stores. Thank you to all the staff at this store - you're doing a great job and I shall sing your praises to everyone!

Rang this morning to see if they had a car seat I wanted they had 1 left and put it aside for me, went and collected it this afternoon they were really busy in store but still took the time to let me try my son in the car seat and then come out and fit it in my car for me such friendly helpful staff have been going here for years and everytime they've been so helpful

Purchased our travel system a couple months back from this store. Bit late leaving a review but could not be happier with our experience. The two hour drive to the store was more than worth it as they stocked the specific pushchair we were looking at for almost half the price it was elsewhere. The staff were lovely and friendly too. Would definitely recommend!

Purchased my mamas and papas ocarro pram in December. It arrived earlier than i expected and great service so far. I ordered the plum win colour after the mamas and papas shop had none in stock and luckily these had it in stock.

I also recently ordered another harness to be sent out which i recieved in only a few a days.

The pram itself with the carry cot and chair shoukd of cost £800 through mamas and papas directly. I saved £300 by ordering the exact same travel system through these. I gave recommended them to a family member and will recommend to anyone else too.

My order has just been delivered and I absolutely love it! searched the internet over and over to be disappointed with pre order of 12 weeks until I came across your page!! Super delivery, everything spot on.....thank you!�

My family and I went in to purchase a stroller for my daughter. We had very little knowledge of what to buy but Elise the friendly store assistant was able to give us expert advice to enable us to purchase the best stroller for us at the best price. She went above and beyond in terms of showing us different colours and giving us demonstrations. Although it was a busy Saturday afternoon she made us feel like the only customers in the shop. The price was also better than we had seen anywhere else. Don't bother looking elsewhere - just come here for the service and value for money.

I will, and have, recommended this shop to everyone I know. I can’t fault any service we have received and have returned for everything we have needed. Despite always being busy the staff give you all the time you need and really treat you like you are the only customer in store. Thank you so much for making what could be stressful (I knew nothing about buggy’s and car seats and hate shopping with a passion) and making it such a lovely experience.

I popped in this morning and what an amazing supportive service I received. Deposit paid for pram and will be going back again when my daughter comes back to Dorset at the end of June. Great to receive great service these days.

I ordered a pushchair yesterday online. I also ordered a rain cover in addition to the pushchair. This company realised that I didn’t know the pushchair already comes with a rain cover so have refunded me the extra £25 and sent me an email to let me know. What a great company!! Can’t wait to receive it! �

I ordered a parasol and clamp for my iCandy peach and they arrived less than 24 hours later, really handy for the sunny weather.

The parasol in the sand colour looks really lovely on my butterscotch iCandy.

I can not recommend this shop enough and have had nothing but excellent customer service for the 6 years we have been using it to purchase all of our big spends involving our children. Travel systems, nursery furniture and most importantly car seats throughout the stages which the staff certainly know their products and safety advice well.

Unfortunately on this occasion I was unable to purchase from the store as there is a manufacture shortage on the particular car seat I needed due to my daughters age, height and weight restrictions. However this was of no fault of the store and they still went above and beyond to advise me correctly of the model I needed even knowing I couldn't purchase it from them but shows they recognise my customer loyalty over the years.

Car seat safety is a big concern for me but I feel reassured knowing that I have been advised correctly, car seat fitted securely and checked by knowledgable staff and haven't been sold a product that doesn't suit the needs of my children. I do not have this faith in most high street retailers but certainly do in the Bournemouth Baby Centre. Thank you to all its staff and keep up the good work and reputation.

Fantastic customer service. As a first time mum all the choices of prams and car seats can be very daunting. Melanie was brilliant and very patient and talked me through all the different options. I didn't feel railroaded into buying a particular make or product. Every sales assistant we spoke to was informative and really knew the products well. If you are after excellent advice and very competitive prices then I recommend you visit the shop. There is also parking behind the shop which is very useful. Thank you BBC !!

Excellent service- purchased buggy board here today & then Olly offered to fit it for me there and then no extra charge, whilst another shop member researched how it would fit to my bugaboo. Even produced some cable ties to stop the adaptor straps moving around couldn't have been more helpful would highly recommend this store to all mum friends.

Excellent service! Ordered a Bugaboo Donkey 2 Duo, plus extras, online on Monday evening.. it was dispatched the next day & delivered the next morning.. couldn’t be happier with it! Phoned the store to check stock prior to ordering, and to ask a couple of questions. The lady I spoke to was so helpful, friendly & polite!



I originally placed my ordered with UberKids, with the understanding my order would be dispatched in 5 days.. almost 3 weeks later it still being processed, the staff were unhelpful & couldn’t tell me where my order was! So you can imagine how pleased I was to receive my Donkey2 in less than 48hours!!!!
