Bournemouth Male Voice Choir

We are a group of men, from all walks of life with a mutual love of music and a desire to perform songs to the best of our ability. We perform regularly through the year on behalf of charities, for community groups and also at a variety of private and corporate functions. We are actively seeking more opportunities to engage with our community and offer our services to those looking for support in their fundraising efforts, or a quality musical performance at a special occasion. Of course, we are always glad to hear from singers, regardless of prior experience, who would like to sing with us and we actively encourage men from across our community to join in for a wonderful sociable and uplifting experience! The Choir also enjoys touring and performing in competitions. In March 2012 we earned a podium finish at the national 'Battle of the Male Choirs' event in Torquay and we are scheduled to perform at the Bangor Choral Festival in April 2013. This are especially existing times for us. The Choir originated in 1922 and so is about to celebrate its 90th season, kicking off with a free performance on the steps of Bournemouth Town Hall on 15th September at 6pm.
