Boutiny is an online fashion platform that enables women to shop at their favourite stores in one place with one basket and with one payment. Most women shop at six or more stores. It’s easy to open 20 tabs when shopping online. While shopping and research is fun, it’s a pain to remember what you put in which basket and repeat the payment process on each online store. Stores are losing $31bn each year on abandoned shopping baskets. Boutiny solves this problem by enabling women to browse and buy all in one place. Boutiny works with 135 brands and retail partners, eg Selfridges, Karen Millen, Debenham, Ted Baker and Burberry, helping them to drive sales by promoting their products on Boutiny’s mobile (In App Store) and web (Coming soon) applications. In return, Boutiny earns commission on sales. $120bn is spent on online fashion. By 2018, one third of clothing sales will be sold online, which is 4x more than today.
