Went to this salon for the first time to have my hair done on Thursday and I am so happy with it, the salon it’ self is beautiful and I had Lidia do my colour and style and Emma cut my hair, I couldn’t be happy with how it turned out, there both amazing at what they do and so friendly, I definitely would recommend this salon to anyone family and friends, will definitely be returning

My confidence had been shattered by a hair disaster at a local salon who dyed my hair a horrendous orange colour. I had seen Boutique’s transformation photos on Facebook which is the only reason I trusted this salon and booked an appointment. They actually did things properly here and I visited for a consultation and strand test beforehand. Emma was fantastic and managed to get my stubborn hair to a nice caramel ombré. There was only me and one other lady in the salon which was nice as they took their time to colour, style and I didn’t feel rushed so that they could take on another client. I would definitely recommend this salon.

Lidia & Ana thank you so much for my beautiful hair. Your salon is gorgeous and so clean, feels very 5*! Chairs comfortable, I was sat in one for almost 6 hours and no numb bum! The massage chairs are out if this world whilst your waiting for the hair treatment to work. Very professional service. Guided me well and explained how some colours would take a few bleachings to get to a colour etc. My hair feels amazing and healthy and all my scraggy ends have gone. Plenty of up to date magazines to read, tea and coffee available. After care advice was given. No matter what was asked nothing was to much trouble for them. I have had a really lovely day. Just what I needed. � thank you.

Kira is absolutely amazing! I had never dared to colour my hair and she made me feel at ease enough to give it a go. I wouldn’t go to anyone else, hence I travel all the way from London to see her.

I've had a in store consultation and had 1 cut and dye appointment done with Lydia and Anna. And they really do aim to please, they just want you to leave feeling happy with your hair. They are very professional and helpful. I've gone from black to a caramel brown balayage and they were very realistic with what they can achieve being my hair so dark. They styled it at the end and it looked amazing, such a shame I can't achieve that look everyday!

I just wana say a big Thank you to all the lovley team and specifically Vicky, all the team is very professional and very friendly. I love my hair keratin treatment, my hair is very shiny and silky which is exactly what I wanted.. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I initially wanted to go blonde then grey however my hair had too many warm tones.. Emma was great! She was completely honest with me on what she was able to do and how she can, over a few appointments, get my hair to how I want it to be. I was advised of the cost and what it would entail whilst maintaining the integrity of my hair. In all honesty although I will be going lighter in a few months (booked in with Emma) I absolutely love the colour and my hair feels healthy, it went alot lighter than I expected on the first go and I have got so many compliments on the blend!

The salon is lovely as are the other staff and the massage chairs did wonders for my hangover!! I can't wait for my follow up appointment!

I had my first hairdressing experience at Boutique today. My hair was in a complete state due to years of box dying and really patchy, Emma made it look incredible in about 4.5 hours!! From patchy box black to a beautiful healthy ashy brown. Lovely salon too and the staff are really friendly. So so happy and will be leaving my hair in Boutique's hands in future.

I had my first appointment today with Lydia for quite a complex colour request. 10 years of vibrant pink to a dusky, pastel colour (and I had a good 5 inches of dark brown roots). I expected to have to have a couple of sittings before achieving what I wanted (previous attempts, at other salons over the years, had been disastrous) - Lydia was exceptionally knowledgeable and guided me through the entire process. The colour achieved is beautiful and far outweighs my expectations. The salon is impeccably clean and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. I’ definitely going to be a regular customer.

I had a colour correction appointment with Lidia and she took her time to explain everything they were going to do and the realistic outcomes. She was very professional, friendly and meticulous throughout my 6 hour appointment, checking the condition of my hair every ten minutes or so. She really knows her colour application, would definitely recommend to anyone whose worried/put off due to bad experiences with hair “colourists” in the past. Looking forward to my next session, thank you Lidia!

I came in today for colour correction balayage with Kira and I'm so pleased with the results!

During my consultation, Lidia was very helpful and gave advice about the price, products used and also was honest about the fact that I may not get the lighter result I wanted first time round due to the amount of colour build up on my hair.

During my appointment, I was made to feel very welcome. Not at any point did I feel rushed even though I was there for over four hours while Kira worked her magic! Kira was extremely professional and it was great to know that she was looking after the condition of my hair as well as helping to get the colour result I wanted.

I'm so so happy with the results, absolutely would recommend. The staff are very friendly and will definitely be going back. Thanks all �

I came in Yesterday hating my hair, it was damaged, dull and nothing but boring. Then Kira came along... She turned my hair into "Meh" to "amazing!" with a soft Blonde Balayage, concidering my hair was dark brown, colour is beautiful. She was so friendly and made me feel super comfortable, taking her time to talk to me so we knew exactly what I wanted and what I would expect, talking me through everything she was doing. Kira worked nearly 4 hours after the salon had closed to do my hair and I did not felt rushed at all. I left the salon grinning ear to ear, unable to resist the urge to check out my new locks in every window I passed! Thank you so much Boutique, cannot fault you one bit!

I am really happy! I highly recommend Boutique hair and beauty. From the moment you enter until you leave, you feel taken care of and well looked after because they ask you if you agree on everything they are going to do in your hair, very cautious, besides offering you coffee, water so that the time you spend there is even more nice. I went with a short hair, several colors and damaged and she fixed it and made it long! hehe simply expectacular. It's the first time I've been happy after going to a hairdresser in a long time. And I will always return to them for any touch-up on my hair. Thank you very much Lidia!
