I found it easy and got possession of my property smart judges

Terrible! Is this place open or not? Ive been ringing all week and just left in a cue for over an hour then cut cut off!

I don't know if anybody in authority is reading this review. But I have trying endlessly to contact Bow county court for one month!!! Sent email on 28/6/17 still not even a reply just like the phone line!!!! Please if you are in authority an mp or judge please please ask the staff to pick up phones and answer emails. It's the most frustrating thing!!!!! Why???????? Where are staff???????? Can't even get through on appointments??? What appointments line??? What the hell is going on??????????!!!!!!!!!!! Please someone tell where I can to get help????? Please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!???????!!!

Don't know wat to say about this place abousalutly disgusted pardon my language, with the service are these people getting paid for working here i would give this place. -stars , for people to behave like this they must not be getting funded or its jus they got too much issues in there life anyway im no siacairtres but the government needs to give this place a reboot

Their phone line is awful. Cannot get ahold of anyone, does anyone actually work there? When you finally do get ahold of someone, they aren't of much help and don't even offer to help with anything further. This place is awful, needs to be closed down or changed drastically!

Need massive improvement in terms of quality of services, staff and management. They piss poor

The most useless people ever. The never pick up the phone, it doesn't matter what time or day you're calling. The don't answer emails neither, but when they do, they send you the details of the wrong case as they did with me, sharing loads of confidential data which is ilegal. I wonder how is it possible that people working for the justice system are so incompetent

I recently attempted to telephone Bow County Court and as the many reviews testify, after an hour of patiently waiting on hold - I was cut off. This was indeed frustrating; however, on attending the court (acting as a litigant in person) I witnessed a skeleton staff doing a sterling job in the face of adversity. The Usher (who has worked for the court for twenty-two years) was extremely helpful and polite. To watch her trying her very best deal with almost everything on her own was a real eye-opener to the Government's savage cut backs. Recently 86 courts have been closed and Bow County is due to close shortly. There are plans to amalgamate various courts and trials by "video link" are being introduced. This clearly demonstrates the destruction of our civil rights and the erosion of our Great British Justice system as the establishment seek to capitalise on every public building for the benefit of themselves and property developers. So before "passing judgement" on the service at Bow County Court, please consider the bigger picture and the staff who really are trying their very best.

They are a joke.
Phone service is practically non-existent and the staff utterly disinterested and disrespectful.
Why are we charged ridiculous fees for this crap?

Phone waits are beyond a joke here. Waiting over an hour just to speak to someone is completely normal. If you email, then there is never any reply so there is no alternative to calling.

I understand that the court is being closed next year (good old Tories), but resources have been moved from the court without reducing the caseload.

15 days after a trial and we are still without the judgment. Appalling.
