We are a family Butchers, which have been successful retail butchers for over 100 years. This success have been made possible in many ways, namely that we are true butchers, which enables our staff to be trained to a extremely high standard in meat preparation.

Since October 2000 when the new meat regulations were introduced, we have been licensed by the local environmental health office and are pleased to say that we have attained the necessary documents every year. This has allowed us to gain a food hygiene rating of 3, which we have attained for the past few years.

We supply only the finest quality of meat to ensure customer satisfaction. All of our cooked meats are prepared on the premises and we are also licensed game dealers. We also proudly supply many catering establishments, with the same high standards.

In recent years, we have also started to make gluten free foods, such as sausages and burgers, which are high in quality and have a delicious taste.


Local freezer orders are also delivered free of charge!
