Went to Bow Sports yesterday to buy my daughter her first bow & accessories.
Was greeted as soon as we walked in & explained what we were looking for.
We were advised honestly as my daughter shoots bare bow we didn't need to buy the whole kit but were advised on exactly what we needed & a beautiful wooden bow was put together for us but the best bit was being taken into the range so she could try it out as the guy wanted to make sure that it felt right for her. They didn't have the size of the arrows she wanted made up so they were made later that day & are beng posted out to us on Monday. Bow Sports was a really good experience where you feel expertly advised & not talked into anything you don't need. Would highly recommend Bow shopping here!
Went in to get fully kitted out for my daughter and myself. As I am a beginner to archery I had no idea what to buy etc. but The staff specially Nathan as he was the sales rep dealing with us was very friendly, patient, helpful and honest gave us brilliant advice and sold us what we needed today. Would recommend bow sports to anyone for the service and also the choice of equipment. Keep up the good work I definitely will be back :-)
Very new to the sport and bowsports have been EXTREMELY helpful in there advice,fantastic staff & 5 star service. The shop is very equipped and I'll definitely be a regular customer & I'll be using the range.

Phoned on the tuesday morning to check availability of the new PSE Supra compound bow. Went online after being told they had one in stock and ordered it at 10.30am. Received my new bow in the south west of Scotland at 13.10pm next day. Thats service. Thanks guys. First class.
Ordered a full set of equipment at excellent prices which was delivered by courier within 72 hours. Brilliant service and will shop with them again.
Nipped down today for a target ended up buying a few bits, staff were friendly and helpful, I drove down from Wigan and will definitely be going back.

Called Bowsports yesterday to check stock and delivery times, as i had an order i needed urgently. Beyond my expectations, the order arrived this morning – less than 24hrs later!! Amazing! Have always had good experience shopping with Bowsports, and am always happy to recommend!

At 12:45 yesterday I ordered a stinger x left-handed bow this morning at 9:55 it arrived at my door that is the most super fast delivery I have ever had bowsports is unbelievable this stuff will really helpful and for the bow to get it the next day is unbelievable good on your bowsports I will always be using you
Absolutely happy. Great service staff was helpful and spent alot off time (4 hours) helping me. Excellent information given during the build of my bow, highly recommended was worth the 2 hours drive.
The service from bowsports is first class. I rang to make alterations to my order and the staff were able to help me ensure I bought the right size equipment. I received my Hoyt horizon kit today and I'm thrilled with it. The only thing that the kit needs is a simple bow stand which I overlooked at the time of purchasing. But following the service received I've got a feeling I know where I will buy one.
Very poor customer service. Very poor communication. No notification of purchase or refund. Refused to give full refund as required by distance selling regulations (even after including guidance document in returned parcel). UK law requires online shops to refund postage costs. Told "law doesn't apply to us". Will certainly not be returning to this site.
