Customers even though aren't regulars were homophobic and bouncers were reluctant to control the situation until we had to step in ourselves and say something to the customers who were making homophobic comments, and the manager (Andrew) was refusing to help the situation. In all, bad experience wouldn't advise this place to others. By the way the email if you want to complain the email is fake and you're unable to contact them directly to complain.

Absolutely vile and gross place has allowed homophobic behaviour of customers when going to the bouncers for help their response was no he is a "regular" which we later found out to be a lie.It's a vile place and a horrible experience which one would ever have to go through. When going back to speak to the manager ANDREW he was rude, unhelpful and for some reason found the situation humorous. This resulted in Andrew not listening to what we had to say and slamming the door in mine and my friends face.
