In this day and age, with budgets being redrawn, Box Clever PS can help you in 2 ways, it can look at spend in either direct /indirect or both, analysis, document, recommend, and take actions in agreement with client management. We are also flexible in the approach that the budget or the project itself may not warrant a 5 day on site requirement. We are open to anything from 1 day a week plus, whatever the clients needs and the timescales required. We are obviously now set up to work remotely, and or on site only if and when required.
