Fitness packages to escape the city.

The Boxing Clinic Boot Camp is an organisation set up by two friends, Ben Wood and Ben Vickers, out of their love of fitness and the great outdoors. Their aim is to provide affordable fitness breaks for enthusiasts of all levels in Britain and abroad.

Both men are ex soldiers, Ben Wood served in the Royal Marines while Ben Vickers served in the Princess of Wales's Royal Regiment.

Both Ben's run a number of gyms in London, the Boxing Clinic and the MMA clinic. Both are /have been British Military Fitness instructors, and both are competing sportsmen at a professional level. Ben Wood in Thai boxing and Ben Vickers in Mixed Martial Arts.

The Boot Camps arose from their passion for the great outdoors. The clean air, the sense of adventure, and the training and activities available, that cannot be replicated on a treadmill or in the city!

"I love my job, I love being active whether it is running along the canal or walking in the Alps. The Camps allow me to really pass on my enthusiasm to our clients. The emphasis is on hard work, but more importantly good clean fun! (maybe a bit of mud) We cater for all fitness levels and everyone is welcome. We have run a number of Camps now and never had a bad response, if in doubt, just do it! "

Ben Vickers

"We all lead stressful lives in the city and I can't think of a better way to unwind than to join a group of like minded people out in Britain's beautiful countryside. The aim of the camps are to provide clients of all fitness levels with a great, invigorating fitness experience, fresh air and plenty of laughs. You'll never know unless you go! ! ! "
