It is designed to give extensive knowledge to any personal trainer, boxing, martial arts or sports coach who wants to fine tune their boxing coaching skills, so that they can then teach their client /fighter optimum boxing technique safely. Boxology® deliver two day courses, for beginner and intermediate levels. They also have books on Amazon and Apps on IOS and Android to accompany the courses, which you can purchase on their own.
