If I could give this less than one star I would. My local petrol station, a place me and my girlfriend have been coming to pretty much everyday. In the last 2 visits, when purchasing cigarettes, the cust service has been the shittest I have ever faced at a petrol station let alone a bp. They did not return my girlfriends national I.D ( pretty much her passport) after purchasing cigarettes. For about two days I was not aware where it was. One of my colleagues notified us he had seen her National I.D displayed at the night pay window. Taking her driving licence with her to confirm her identity, she was told by a very VERY rude member of staff she owed them money?!?! Bare in mind, We have used that petrol station at least 3/4 times since She had lost her national I.D. The man then demanded £20. When asking for what he started to get so rude. Calmly explained to him that I come here everyday and when purchasing cigarettes, I didn’t get my national I.D back. ( yes, we have been going there at least 4x a week, since she started driving 2 years and they still ask for her I.d) I have numerous videos from the situation as we had to call the police for him to even consider returning the i.d. More than happy to supply images and videos of him selling alcohol past midnight to DRUNK DRUNK members of public who ended up having a massive fight outside.

£1.99 car wash. Very good, although it doesn't work at certain times hence 4*.
