Friendly staff

This BP service station has an M & S franchise and although they do not have responsibility for M & S products the member of staff was sympathetic and professional with my complaint. I am aware now that BP does not normally give refunds for M & S food products but on this occasion they did. I am very grateful for this customer care approach because it saved me a trip into Norwich to return the items. Thank you to the member of staff at terminal 2 at 16.56 today 1st December

Desperate for good coffee and found it

I bought diesel. Lots of it. Just when I needed it. Good shop as well as coffee (M&S attached). Pretty decent selection for you men on Christmas Eve, to the point you might actually get away with it!
