Stopped here while on vacation; paid for car wash and coffee. Earned a £100 parking charge for staying too long. Contacted BP customer service; they told me to get bent and that there were signs pointing out the time limit (check StreetView -- there is *a* sign and it's a damn joke, not even visible from the car wash or parking areas). I think this is on purpose, they probably get a nice cut of these parking charges. Shame on you, BP, for extorting your paying customers this way.

Appalling petrol station. Will not go out of their way for customers and staff and managers were actually incredibly rude. There are plenty more petrol stations in the area I advise you use them. The lady with the lazy eye is especially rude.

This Petrol Station encourages customers to buy lunch from their shop and if you then sit in your car having the lunch they have sold you and if you stay for over 30 minutes they send you a parking bill for £100 but then "kindly" say they will only charge £60 if you pay it in 14 days. There were no readily visible warning notices. What sharp practice. Won't be buying petrol or lunch from BP ever again!!!

Mind the 30 minutes maximum stay on the premises!!
I used to regularly stop at this BP petrol station for refueling, a coffee and a bite. I have recently received a fine from MET parking for spending 40 minutes at the premises, having changed their conditions to 30 maximum stay. I suppose they expect customers to drive while they have their sandwich, or perhaps not use the toilet or not refuel to vacate the premises within 30 mins (there are cameras in and out therefore whatever you do at the premises, you need to be off within 30 mins!).. I will not use this petrol station ever again.

I have just received a £60 FINE for being 2 MINUTES OVER!!!

The toilets in this place are the filthiest you will ever find in the anywhere on earth. I reported it to a member of staff who said they hadn't had chance to clean them "that day". I doubt if they have EVER been cleaned. I've been there loads of times when picking up from the airport and it's always the same. The stench puts you off buying food from the M&S store where the toilets are.

Its a doggy patrol pump. If you make payment with cash DO GET YOUR RECIPT otherwise you will be paying again. And they would say that their CCTV camera doestn save footage for that long.

Seemed like a decent enough site near the airport. Fuel is a couple of pence more per litre but that is to be expected. Decent range of shop goods.

Note there is a 40 minute parking limit here to deter those waiting for flight arrivals. There is also a HGV lane with two pumps separate to the main forecourt.
