Don't use the new car wash unless you have lots of time to waste and want to be treated badly. After sitting in the que for 35 minutes (with only 2 cars in front) a man rudely asked me wether I had got my ticket? Which I had not as there is no sign to notify you of the new changes where you now need to go inside the petrol station first to purchase your ticket. When I returned he mockingly said "Good girl"
Whilst waiting for the car wash, it broke down. ONE HOUR LATER & later I'm still waiting.
As I finally come into the car wash where there's no going back, the man who has been stood by my car for ONE HOUR then says by the way the car wash won't be able to remove the dirt on your bonet you need a jet wash for that. So now I've wasted 1 hour.. £10.. been treated awfully and won't have a clean car. Great. I honestly cannot put into words how disgusted and shocked I am at this disgraceful service. This company should be ashamed of themselves.

Car wash is pretty good and excellent value when using platinum card. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Subway food is very nice, but avoid breakfast.

Has a subway, decent rewards programme and decent staff plus BBQ ice and gas as well. Staff always friendly as well..

Decent petrol station. Prices seem competitive. Also had a Subway as part of it. Not bad.
