I was walking by and noticed this place accidentally and decided to walk in. I was greeted by a friendly lady and I'd enquired about booking my mum in for a massage & also myself. However I did mention I'm in Birmingham some days so if I had to reschedule would that be okay, to which she was completely understanding.
Having booked the appointment, I was quite happy and couldn't believe I'd found this place so close to home, but I was in for a shock.

Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances I had to call up to cancel to which I was angrily told off through the phone, it sounded like a scolding by my Aunty, she'd said in future id have to pay a deposit and if I cancelled I'd lose it and I've wasted everyone's time now.

I'll never rebook at B Pauls nor will I recommend it, stay away from these guys, they're just about your money and customer service isn't a concept they understand at all let alone take seriously.

Complete let down.

i booked an appointment and decided to cancel but they would not let me rebook. customer service over the phone was awful. Full of attitude and left me quite upset at that time..They are loosing customers.. very poor service, salons in this area.
