Bpmb Parnaíba

BPMB is a Brazilian independent Oil & Gas exploration and production company that holds 30% interest in 3 gas fields and 7 exploratory blocks located in Maranhão state with a total acreage of approximately 7, 000 km². BPMB is a non-operator and its consortium partner, Parnaíba Gás Natural (PGN), is the operator. BPMB is 100% controlled by Banco BTG Pactual. Currently BPMB has one gas field in production, five new fields being developed (conclusion expected in 2016) and several areas under appraisal. As of March /2015 BPMB was the 6th largest gas producing company in Brazil with a total production of 1. 5 million m3 / day (~ 9. 1k boe /day). In 2014, BPMB posted Net Revenues of R$250 million, EBITDA of R$164 million and Net Income of R$70 million.
