Helpful staff but it's rare thay have ever thing that I need

Staff quite helpful but store dosnt stock a lot of things seems to be getting rid of a lot of previously stocked items

Visited B&Q to buy a barbecue and bought one I liked. Fitted all to the best I could following instructions. It was OK, fitting the handle was a struggle due to the size of the nail fittings. I used it and it was very good I have to say considering the price. The meal I cooked was excellent. So not bad really.

A gentleman called David in the store was very helpfull trying to find what we were after on their computer and showed us where to find it

I purchased a tub of B&Q own magnolia, I then had to purchase a second tub at a later date. The colour was completely different, the manager said its because they're not batched numbered so some paints are different shades

The worst B&Q I ever have to visit. Almost always what I want is out of stock, very run down and desperate for a refit (I haven't seen one in 10 years). I frequently find items sold next to each other than are incompatible, requiring a return trip for a refund.

Good selection of stock, wish it was a warehouse through

Need to review your stocking policy - three times I've been to get M10x40 bolts and their still not on the shelf. I've got them now elsewhere.
