Looking for a simple chopping axe ( on line £4). Only stock axe at £35 !!! Dulux paints, shelves empty, tester range did not have shades I was looking for. Waste of time and fuel.

Couldn't order online...in this day and age? Told out of stock so visit store to arrange delivery from another store, only to find loads in stock... Need to up your game... Wicks is ahead of the game!

Most staff have no knowledge of products. Had messed up orders and the staff are very slow on the tills.

Its B&Q so what else to you expect. Good selection of all DIY goods. Fairly knowledgeable staff.
