Rule #1 Donations are not compulsory, but are welcome to make your bootcamp better!

• Is it really free?
YES! Not much in life is nowadays…
• What Can I Donate?
Any money would be welcome (please add to our tip jar! ) but we welcome hugs, old exercise equipment or a jar of homemade jam…
• What do you need to bring?
Yourself, water, a smile and a mat if you have it! !
• Time & Place?
EVERY Sunday at 8am-9am… come rain or shine at South Hill Park, Bracknell.
• Can I bring my kids? Or dog?
YES! But you will be responsible for them during the bootcamp.
• What happens if I hurt myself?
We will have trained first aiders on site, don't worry! : )
• I am a local business. . . can I sponsor you or donate?
YES! We love sponsors and working with local businesses in Bracknell. Please contact us to discuss this!

Evening all, it’s been a while, I know.
After a lot of thought I have taken the decision to close Bracknell Free Bootcamp until further notice.
Now I’m working full time in the week I’m struggling to run BFB too. I’m not saying never again, I just need to take a break and revisit sometime in the future, ideally with some help from another Personal Trainer.

Unfortunately I have had to take the decision to cancel Bootcamp for the winter period ❄️ The weather has not been on our side this year so I will return in the Spring when the weather is consistently dryer at the weekend 🌤
