We're a platform that builds breathtaking experiences for startups and comms talent to meet and work together. We built Brainchild on the belief that there is bigger potential for upward mobility amongst our creative communities. It also got clearer that founders enjoyed hiring fresh minds through personal intros — not a CV. At every stage of the process, we think about how we might design something more apt and useful for both parties' current stages of life (or businesses). This means building from ground up, whilst staying in constant conversation with our community: functions; speed; information; "how did that help you?"
