Congratulations to Mel and Andy Bourne who recently competed in the European Age Group Triathlon Championships. We are looking for a part time Receptionist/Clinic assistant to join our small and friendly, professional team. The role is approximately 20 hours a week to include some evenings and Saturday mornings on a rota basis. The role covers set times and days but flexibility is needed to cover holidays and sickness.
The main role of the Receptionist/Clinic Assistant is to greet our private patients and to ensure they have an excellent experience whilst visiting our clinic and suppor...ting the Practitioners in their role. This will include dealing with patient queries, making appointments, responding to enquires by telephone, email or social media, taking payments, general and specific administration, as well as general housekeeping and cleaning as required.
For this role candidates need the ability to quickly understand the business’s services, be capable of learning new IT systems, have great patient rapport and be able to multi-task.
The successful candidate will need to be comfortable learning and using IT systems, possess good interpersonal skills and have an eye for detail. Previous experience is required and good customer service experience would also be an advantage.

Congratulations to @Josh Arden for completing The ‘Fan Dance’ race and coming a close second place. This is a 15 mile run up and over Penny Fan in Wales with a 35lbs Bergen plus 4 litres of water as quick as possible. He even had the opportunity get to get some of his own medicine after the race.
