You are taking far too much of my money! The lady on Saturday morning who recommended I get 1/4" foot for my machine but suggested I hold off on buying a walking foot as they were expensive and I would probably want to upgrade my machine. Guess what I did Saturday afternoon! Took my machine for a service and intended to order the 1/4" foot but fell in love! Yes I am now the proud owner of a Brother Innov-is 35 which is on offer at the moment and includes a quilting kit. Probably only entry level for computerised machines but I love it.

What an absolute gem of a Fabric shop, I was overwhelmed by the sheer volume of fabrics available...I've never seen quite so many! The service was absolutely fabulous too, friendly and informative. Definitely worth the trip up from Bournemouth! I came away one very happy customer today, thank you :)

Visited you today for the first time...what an amazing place! So much choice and inspiration! Lovely staff too..especially Alicia who helped and advised me! I will definitely be back!

Thank you so much to the ladies who did such a great job with the long arm quilter. My quilt has just been returned to me and it looks amazing. All I need to do is sew down the binding. An excellent service from the help I was given choosing the pattern and the colour of the threads through to the phone call I received to say the quilt was on its way. It looks great on the bed but will look even better when that binding is finished. Many thanks.

I thoroughly enjoyed the workshops, the tutors were excellent and very helpful. As a novice I was a little apprehensive but I found the tutors and staff, patient and keen to guide me. The food from the coffee shop was delicious and reasonably priced. I look forward to attending more workshops in the future.

I think the staff are very helpful and patient! I have been on various occasions on the way home from my son's house, my husband sometimes surprises me by calling in with only 20 or 30 minutes left to closing time. The poor ladies in the shop now have an over excited customer in the shop who hasn't a clue what to buy but they are so kind and helpful. I have also ordered over the telephone and received my fabric the next day! I can't wait to go again with a couple of Hours to spare next time

I have just phoned up with a query about fabric and matching fabric for binding for my November Box of delights project. Alicia (Elysia sorry if I've picked the wrong spelling) was so helpful and courteous. Such a pleasure to use your company. Thank you so much

I first found the Bramble patch at the NEC in august this year and found everyone really helpful. They had lots of brilliant ideas and fabric and I bought the east meets west paper piecing kit. I have loved making it so so much I have ordered the mystery quilt for next year. The staff were very helpful and even contacted me to ensure I was happy with my colour choices. I have received excellent service from this shop.

Staff very friendly and accommodating. Good customer service makes or breaks a shopping experience and this time the staff got it spot on. I can't wait to do one of their workshops in October!

I must thank the ladies in the quilting room for their help and advice on colours and designs for quilting my granddaughter's quilt. Also a huge thank you to Rachel who had the patience to help me get together many fabrics from the garden notes range for my next project. And to top my afternoon, coffee and cake. Who could ask for more? Thank you bramble patch.

Brilliant afternoon here, the Christmas 2017 exhibition is both beautiful and inspirational, interesting discussion with Alicia re EPP, assistance with quilt design and colour choices, and, of course, cake. What's not to like!

An Aladins cave for patch workers, the most beautiful selection of quality fabrics, large selection of patterns and kits and everything you need for patch working, and most of all brilliant customer service always ready to give advice and solve your patchwork problems.

Love visiting Bramble patch.

A huge thank you to Wendy who was very patient with me this morning. I had taken my recently completed quilt top in and Wendy helped me choose backing, wadding, thread and quilting pattern. She made suggestions and guided me without being pushy. A thoroughly enjoyable ecperience, my other half was impressed too by the juge range of fabric. Cant wait to pick up my completed quilt!

I have always liked the Bramble Patch. Beautiful fabric, great selection - somehow I always come away with more than I intended to buy. Little cafe is good to.

Moved recently to the area and found this shop. Lots of fabric, but somehow, after my favourite shop in Bath, where you just want to buy everything, fabrics selection here seems to be of one style or someone's taste. Staff made me want to never come again. All my questions were stopped by cold "I don't know, no idea, what do you want", very helpful for a novice quilter.)) Though I will have to be back, Bath is way too far away now and I am not ready to quit quilting. Hopefully, next time staff would be a bit more professional and nice.

Went to the shop today .. and I have to say it's one of the best shops that I've been to for fabric choice, and sample quilts however, I find the staff really curt, not overly helpful and certainly do not make it a welcoming experience.

The demo,today was excellent and led by a very friendly lady, but the customer service at the till left a lot to be desired. You may have the fabric spot on, but the staff neee to learn to smile and welcome us in. ��

Normally a huge fan of The Bramble Patch, but our trip to the sale today was very disappointing. Having left work early, we arrived at 4:20pm to find staff moving piles of fabric back into the shop, leaving us with a very limited choice. This isn't what we expected given that the sale was advertised until 5:00pm. I hope you will consider this when planning future events.
