We are a small Bed and Breakfast located in the sleepy village of Eythorne. A few minutes drive from Sandwich, and a 15 minute drive from Canterbury and Dover. All the beauty of the Kent Downs on your doorstep.

How a lemon cake can travel so far! We have had so many lovely comments about our lemon drizzle cake, and many guests take the cake (whats left) with them when they leave. I have been getting many emails from all over europe from guests still enjoying the lemon cake. We had some lovely Italian ladies stay recently, who even sent a photo of them enjoying the ,lemon cake on their walk. So far we have had emails from as far as Switzerland to say our lemon cake is still being enjoyed..😍

Outstandingly clean & comfortable throughout, large & well equipped king bedroom & bathroom with large shower & tub, delicious cooked breakfast with a variety of extras, cannot urge you strongly enough to try this B&B...

Fabulous hosts nothing too much trouble. Beautifully equipped rooms great attention to detail to make it feel homely but contemporary at the same time
Breakfast was superb I had cooked and was perfection there was so much choice along with continental style if you wished.
I am a rep and travel the south east so am so pleased to find this gem of a B&B to stay at after a hard days work and can highly recommend to anyone without hesitation
Parking on the premises was a bonus so no searching for car parks
I will definitely be using this superb B&B regularly from here on
