Our Captain of 2018, Ian Jardine, presenting a cheque for £1,623.12 to the Great North Air Ambulance Service from events held during 2018. Well done to Ian and Maria Mossop our Lady Captain.

Steve Harrison, PGA Golf Professional, has offered a couple of free taster sessions on body balance specifically aimed at Golfers of all ages. Steve has developed a strong reputation in the area of Sports Conditioning and this is a great opportunity for members to benefit from Steve's experience and knowledge.
The sessions will last for approx an hour and cover Balance, Mobility, Flexibilty and Strength.
The sessions will take place in the Lloyd Lounge on Saturday 23rd March... 2019 and Sunday 24th March 2019 at 3pm. Following the session Steve will talk to members about a 5/6 week course to help us all improve our well being and hopefully our game of golf!!
Spaces are limited to 10 per session and are first come first served. If the demand is strong then we will look to hold further taster sessions.
If you wish to attend please contact the office advising of your preferred date and time.
It is advisable to wear casual sportswear.

96 people played on a full course in our Winter Open today. Great turnout. They all had the chance to sample the newly constructed bunkers on the 14th!!

Meat Loaf Tribute Act Matt Shaw is performing at Brampton Golf Club on Saturday 27th April 2019. Matt appeared on ITV's Stars in their Eyes Series 12 becoming the highest scoring Meat Loaf impersonator in the shows history. Tickets £20 (inc supper) are available from the Club.

Excellent entry of 80 for our Seniors Winter Open today. Played on 18 summer greens on a gorgeous day. Course in great condition.

Few spaces left for the Seniors (55+) Winter Open at Brampton Golf Club on Friday 15 February 2019. Greens to be cut and rolled on Thursday with 17 summer greens planned. Enter by ringing the Club or on line.

Great Job all the excavation works on the pond on the 4th Hole all complete. Now visible from the Tee and waiting to welcome errant Golf Balls on the 4th fairway.

The BIG excavator is working flat out at Brampton GC. New Pond on the 4th hole by Monday morning!!

What a fab-u-lous Sunset after a great day in the new Years Day Texas Scramble. 104 players played (26 teams) with the winners being our Head Chef (Timbo Weir), Scratch Player (James Ranson), ex member (Alex Webster) and new promising new member (Mark Glaister) with a great score of 56.4.

We visited for some food whilst in the area for a family break. The food was excellent, I had the best fajitas I've had in a long time!

The course was such a joy to play typically james braid every hole different and in top condition

Helpful people and very pleasant good food course very good condition

Great people warm and friendly always willing to help and give advice.

Great day out at Brampton Golf Club, staff in Pro shop and clubhouse were very friendly and helpful. Course was in excellent condition and the greens were running really well. Beautiful setting with some stunning holes, its hilly but on a sunny day what could be nicer than walking and taking in the views. Highly recomended and the 12 in our group would certainly go back there again.

Brampton Golf Club is a fantastic course /club. I have played it a few times and have never been dissapointed. The layout and the quality of the course is first class and will present you with a challenge no matter what your handicap. The food / drink and service is excellent. Really cant wait to go back.

Been coming for our yearly outing to brampton for over 15 years now and have had many a great trip. Only a 90 min drive from Glasgow this beautiful James braid course offers a great test of golf no matter what the weather. You can practise before u play using the range and practise green and finish your day having a well earned pint and a lovely meal in the impressive clubhouse. Quite simply the boys love coming to Brampton each year�

Beautiful scenery and a great course and greens.

Greens where mint, fairways superb and club house bang on. Good fodder as well.

A superb golf course and facilities...wonderfully undulating course that makes you think on every shot, with a lovely relaxed clubhouse...food was also spot on (fish and chips are a must). Well worth the trip!
