So the Ryder Cup has started, let’s hope for a great tournament with Europe coming out on top. Let’s spank those yanks lol.

The annual Rainbow cancer charity golf tournament was held this weekend, a Ryder cup style competition between a John Gaskell’s Cleobury Mortimer team and Brampton Golf course. John Gaskell’s team was once again victorious with a deserved 7-6 victory, (mainly due to our captain Colin Barry losing the last singles lol).
The main competition was won by Mark Watson with Roy Charles second and Karl Barton third. The ladies comp was won by Lorraine Watson and neatest the pin was... Dave lilley.
Most importantly over £300 was raised over the weekend, which considering the weather, was a great achievement! A big Thank you to everyone who took part and a special big Thank you to John Gaskell and Angela Gaskell.

Lovely little course. Enjoyed a few games here last year. Friendly staff, great location and wonderful resident swans. Looking forward to a round or two when the weather improves.
It’s a lovely family run golf course. It’s always in good condition no matter the weather. Staff always very friendly.
If you want to play golf in a beautiful location on a great course come here. The owners and family are lovely people who always make welcome. The only sad part is that's it's the end of our caravaning season. Roll on next year.

A great nine hole course, really tight in places so a good test of your tee shot. Always kept in good condition. Friendly atmosphere and clubhouse with good technical advice and packed golf shop.
