What an amazing evening...the restaurant is beautiful..& very comfortable...the food was just amazing...I had the lamb, which just melted in the mouth....can't wait for my next trip...so happy that I will be able to take my wheelchair bound mother...very wheelchair friendly...room to manoeuvre between tables & a lift to a disabled bathroom. Just perfect!

Came to celebrate my birthday on Saturday evening, we knew when booking they were full and it stayed that way for the duration of our visit

All the staff were great, pleasant, friendly and helpful offering advice on drinks and food options-our waitress Hannah couldn’t have done anymore

Not sure if we were given a few extras because of the birthday but food, service and decor were all amazing

The private dining area looks fab

Went here for my husbands 50th Birthday. Vito and the staff couldn’t do enough for us. Excellent food, excellent service as always. The staff make you feel like one of the family not just as a customer. Would highly recommend! Definitely our favourite restaurant!

Well what can I say? First visit today with my Mam and we tried the five course taster menu....amazing! Food was second to none and the staff were so friendly and attentive. Fantastic experience and I’ll definitely be back again. Thank you.

Took my Mam for lunch today for her birthday. The service is 5 star and make you feel so welcome, very attentive. The food was delicious, so pleased this has came to Jesmond. I always struggled with Ponteland menu but there was loads that I could chose from today that I would eat. Can't wait to go back with the other half and make a night of it!

Staff,food and atmosphere made it a perfect dining experience. We had the 5 courses for £22...we couldn't fault it. The complimentary glass of fizz I got for my birthday was a lovely touch too, we will defo be back.

Service was great! The small details of the dishes were fantastic. Taking the ordinary and making it extraordinary with the delivery methods! We had mushroom risotto, with fried kale & grilled Parmesan and the lamb shank was perfect and juicy

Not to mention the tasty complimentary pallet cleansers

Now I'm not joking now... & I love Sunday lunches but I have to swear to god this is the best meal I've ever had! The staff are superb! The maitre de is an absolute asset to the company! Thanks again we we will certainly be back � (even though I'm stuffed & can't physically breathe) xx

The tasting menu offers great value for money and also really high quality food. We will definitely be returning very soon! Thanks to the staff for their hospitality. X

My first visit to Branches, Jesmond with the girls on Friday. We tried the 5 course taster menu and the quality was outstanding. Every course was cooked to perfection, beautifully presented and the service was tremendous. Staff were beautifully polite and welcoming which made for very warm atmosphere. I couldn't fault it from beginning to end. Well done Branches!! Leading the way with a 5 Star experience.

Lovely restaurant, great decor. We booked in as a group and the staff were attentive polite and professional. Food was all great. Definitely keeping up the good work from the Ponteland branch and sure to be a hit on Osbourne Road!

I booked the private dining room for my husband's 60th birthday. There were 10 of us and we had the six course taster menu. We were all "blown away" by the tastefully decorated room, the stunning, beautifully presented, delicious food. I can not praise the staff enough, they were polite, efficient and attentive. It was a perfect night and a perfect venue. A huge thank you to each and everyone of you.

In particular Stewart (think he is the manager) is so attentive and had great banter with both my partner and myself (who when we’ve had a drink can get “interesting” lol) I can’t wait to go back and try the full menu... we had the Sunday lunch and our

The Sunday lunch was fantastic the quality of the meat was superb best I have had in a very long time the red cabbage mixed with the other vegetables a big no no for me as red cabbage an acquired taste took a while to have order taken but the staff especially the young girls were so lovely overall I will definitely be back well done Branches

My friends live in Jesmond and said we had to try Branches as it was great... yes the service and the entire evening was fabulous. Thank you had a brilliant evening. I live in London and will definitely be back.
