Staff are great always smiling and happy,

Always going the extra mile

Such a great team old and new .

Service is second to none.

We come to branches about once a month and it's just one of those places you never get sick of and we do like are hot Ice and dessert the staff just know how to add that little bit of a special touch

It was really nice .

Would highly recommend

But good luck with getting a table as that's how good it is .☺

What an absolute joy to have such a beautiful restaurant again to visit in Jesmond. We all missed Louis when that closed years ago and it feels like we’ve all been reunited at this new gorgeous establishment. The owners have ‘nailed it’. Excellent food, lovely staff, beautiful surroundings and the front of house (Vito)was spot on. Only thing a few people mentioned....which would be the icing on this wonderful cake, would be linen table cloths. I can’t wait to go back! Bravo to Branches!! ���

Went to Branches Jesmond on Friday night (1st June) it was FANTASTIC!! I can't recommend it highly enough! Food & drinks were amazing, so well presented & delicious. Staff were fabulous, so friendly & nothing was too much trouble for them, I can't wait to return.

We had the 5 course tasting menu and loved every mouthful. My wife is vegetarian and she was also well catered for. Will be definitely be back.

Visited last night (23rd Feb) from start to finish everything was amazing just like all our previous times. Staff very polite and helpful and food was beautiful. Well Done branches �

Visited for the third time tonight, there was 4 of us and we all had the five course taster menu. Only one word for it.......OUTSTANDING.!! Once again the food was amazing, the staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the food being served and very attentive. Well done all, definatly 5 stars from us. We will return soon. By the way, the artichoke soup tonight was to die for, compliments to the chef

Visited branches in ponteland with my family for my birthday yesterday. Service was amazing, staff were so friendly and food was Superb. Will defiantly be visiting again. Little tip.....if you order beef for your Sunday roast, have it pink ������� thank you for a lovely day branches ponteland �

The restaurant was bright and airy. We were all made to feel very welcome. The food was superb and the presentation was tremendous. The service was excellent and speedy. Waiters were very attentive. Nothing was a bother to them. I will be recommending this restaurant to my family and friends. Best restaurant meal I have ever had. Will certainly be paying them another visit. Ideal for special occasions and celebrations. Another plus was they had a great air conditioning system as it was a very hot evening so we enjoyed our meal in comfort. Well done.

Our family visited Branches on Tuesday evening to celebrate a birthday. The service we received from the moment we stepped through the door was absolutely fantastic, the staff are so friendly and attentive. Our food was amazing, possibly the nicest meal we've had in a restaurant for a long time I'd say the best in the North East. The atmosphere and decor of the restaurant is beautiful, a perfect place for a special occasion. We can't recommend Branches enough, we'll certainly be back very soon. Thank you again!

Nine of us went on Friday to celebrate my birthday and everything was exceptional! Food was absolutely perfect best night out in such a long time thank you

My parents wanted to go here to celebrate their Ruby Wedding Anniversary and I have to say it was lovely. The restaurant was really nicely done, the food was lovely and the staff were very good. It is rather expensive so it wouldn’t be somewhere I would go all the time, but lovely for a special occasion. I will definitely be returning in the future �

Just visited for the first time to branches ponteland restaurant and what can I say. We normally find eating out for Sunday lunch is always a hard one because it’s never as good as home. However today was so different ! Something you most definitely wouldn’t be cooking at home as your average Sunday lunch. And I must say the lady that took our booking & served myself and partner (blonde lady)her customer service was also outstanding. She made such an effort to make us feel relaxed as we had our baby in the pram with us and didn’t want to be an inconvenience to anyone or in the way. Definitely worth it and will definitely be visiting again with family. Thank you �

Just been for our 5 course taster meal and bottle of prosecco which we won back in November after entering Facebook competition. We took our 4 year old and 1 year old. What can I say?... well the food was absolutely amazing and the service second to none. I love this place. They made us feel so welcome and the kids loved it. Fantastic food, so tasty and we will definitely be back soon. Thank you branches for a lovely day. Xx

Had a lovely early Anniversary meal on wednesday 1st class food and 1st class service especially the lovely blonde waitress sorry we did not get your name

First visit and I was very impressed. The food was beautiful- it was a Sunday lunch and there was a good portion of lovely beef. The setting is really pretty and the staff were attentive without being obtrusive. Overall I couldn’t have been more impressed and will be returning soon

Daughter & family brought me here & I loved it! The atmosphere was really relaxing, people sounded happy, even the bar staff were happy snd professional in their work. Nothing was a problem to them. I commend yhe chef as he sends out samples for you to taste as he tries out new recipes. That's the stamp of a cracking sound restaurant. Yes you'll do for me
