Q2: Are your items genuine?

A2: All items are 100% original /Genuine products sourced from various places UK, unless otherwise stated. If you that any of the item we claim is not genuine then we will offer you 100% money back including postage charges with no questions asked. Also you can use PayPal as a method of payment so you are always 100% protected if the item is not as described.

Q3: Do you accept returns?

A3: Yes we do have a 14 days returns policy in place if anything goes wrong or if the item is not as described. We will also happily accept returns if you changed your mind and would like to return the item within 14 days, again no questions asked. If the item is faulty then we will also refund you the postage charges paid by you.

Q4: What is your mode of Delivery?

A3: In majority of the cases we prefer to use Royal Mail 1st Class service but depending on the item we may have use other couriers as well from time to time.
