Well it had to come at some point , the rains have returned but our campers still keep camping ! There is just no stopping them,rain or shine !

Sadly we have had no let up of rain and we have standing water on the camp fields please consider your journey before arriving this weekend as your likely to get stuck in the mud , We will do our best to accommodate you but the fact is , IT IS TOO WET TO GO CAMPING this is obviously devastating to myself and Tracey but we canŌĆÖt control the weather unfortunately , we will of course refund anything due according to our terms and conditions ,if you decide not ...to come as we advise .

What a super spot. Great for our dogs, lovely walk into Branscombe and all the facilities spotless and efficient. So relaxing. Very welcoming and friendly owners.

We would like to Thank Debbie ,Andy, Mark and all the staff for all our lovely holidays at Branscombe Airfield, this site is lovely from the minute you turn up you are always greeted with warm hello and throughout our stay nothing was to much trouble.The campsite is very well maintained to a high standard,the pitches are very big wit some stunning views.The toilet and wash blocks are always spotlessly clean.This campsite for us has everthing we have stayed many time and will continue to do in the future,again well done to all the staff see you all soon love Elaine and Gary Tizzard xxxx

We spent a very wet Easter weekend here for the first time. The weather wasn't ideal but the team were so helpful and friendly - moving us to a more suitable pitch, making sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely be going again!

Spent a lovely relaxed Easter week at our favourite bolt hole. We love this site in particular and Branscombe and surrounding area generally. Was good to meet the new owners, Chris and Tracey, who are doing an outstanding job and bent over backwards to help us when we had problems with our gas. Keep up the good work guys, you'll go far!

Just returned from another brilliantly relaxing break at Branscombe Campsite & Airfield. Thanks to Tracey and Chris for keeping the site so well maintained and the improvements were noted. Keep up the good work. You know how much we love and appreciate what you have there. See you again shortly. Already counting the days....x

Just got home from our 1st ever camping trip, we can not wait to go again. Everyone at the campsite was great and all of the facilities were clean. Watched a plane take off, which my 2 year old thought was great.

Just got back from 2 weeks at this lovely campsite. A must for any plane enthusiasts like my husband and the kids thought the planes taking off and landing were fantastic. The owners can't do enough to help you and the site is very clean and well looked after. The family showers (new) are a godsend as well as the laundry facilities (washing machine and dryer ┬Ż2 each). The dog walk area is fenced off enabling your dogs to have a run around off lead. We will be back again next year!

Just back from a weekend camping in Branscombe Campsite. The owners are very friendly and always happy to help and accommodate your requests if possible. I love the camp because it is not massive and they don't overcrowded with tents and campers. The location is perfect!!! Amazing view from the lower part of the camp. Nice play area for children. A little shop to buy bits and bobs. Game room. Clean bathrooms and showers. I defenetly recommend it.

Had an amazing 8 days here, despite the weather! Kids absolutely loved every minuet of it.

Such a friendly and warm welcoming and throughout the whole stay!! Thank you.

We have been using the site for three years now and all your hard work has not gone unnoticed.

Highly recommend to all for all ages!!

Had a lovely week here, the Campsite is a little gem, the Toilets and Showers(Electric) are spotless and the utility room where there is a Washing Machine(┬Ż2), Tumble dryer(┬Ż2) and the Washing up area is new . The Owners/Staff cannot do enough for and are always there to help, they Sell Charcoal and small bbqs and I think other items are in the pipeline and I believe a dog exercise area is being sorted. The only complaint I have is I don't agree with smoking in the toilets which I encountered this morning. All in all We Will be Back. Thanks for having us.



There are lovely walks along the Coastline nearby where you can walk to Seaton to Sidmouth along the coast.



There is a Pub within walking distance (15 mins) The Fountain Head food is excellent and selling Branscombe Vale Brewery Ales. There is another pub within Branscombe The Mason Arms that is about 3\4 hour walk Lovely Food and Ales.

Great site. Good clean facilities. Situated in a beautiful location. Peace and quiet with great views. Lovely walk down to branscombe sea front through a picturesque village with a couple of lovely pubs for refreshments on the way. I will recommend this site to all my friends. Thanks for having us we will definitely be back.

Excellent the place is east to find run by nice people very helpful as all the ecu you need very clean and good size pitches with plenty of room in between the next pitch would definetly come again has a utility room games room showers and toilets with plenty of space for the kids to run around and play footy in the half sized pitch with ball nets

Absolutely fantastic site ... love the shower and toilet being in a private room and the games room especially is brilliant for the kids with FREE WIFI for them to use..... lovely little shop and plots are HUGE electric is plenty for what you need....staff are very helpful and chatty and couldn't have made the stay any better....loved our stay can't fault it .... recommend all day with more than 5 stars :-)

We really enjoyed our 6 nights camping here at the beginning of August. We enjoyed watching the plane's take off and land.

The pitches are really generous & nice and flat.

The park and games room kept our 8yr old entertained and was a great way for him to make friends with the other kids at the site. The shop on site was great for essentials such as milk, bread & bacon Ōś║

My only criticism would be the toilets, definitely not enough of them but the new owners were aware of this and have more planned for 2016 I believe.

We will definitely be returning to Branscombe Ōś║

One of our favourite sites, very peaceful and beautifully kept. Only down side is it needs more showers and toilets, but this doesn't put us off coming back. It's even more Fantastic if you are lucky enough to see a plane land and take off.

Just left after spending six nights here - what a gorgeous site!! Clean, enormous pitches, friendly owners, planes were a bonus!! Could do with more sinks and showers as all got very busy and was a squash in the ladies with people trying to get in and out, whilst others trying to wash hands/brush teeth in the one sink, whilst others were queueing to get in. Apart from that, we loved it and hope to come back. Thank you :-) More loos etc would earn 5* for sure.

It was a lovely site just taken over by the new owners, as they are aware more showers are a must, the area where you empty your number two's could do with a total revamp preferably a hole in the ground and not a loo, ie for the cassette out of motorhomes and caravans, hard standing and gravel for the pitches , and tarmacadam tracks to the pitch would be a good idea, very reasonably priced although I think it would be nice to be charged one price for the pitch regardless of how many are in vehicle, Mr farmer needs to cut the hedges on the opproach to the site, I'm not complaining about the site it just that I have been to a few and some of them work well, the new owners I must say were absolutely brilliant nothing was too much trouble for them to make your stay a comfortable one, and being gay that was not a problem at all, so I wish them all the very best with their new venture, I know its not going to be easy, Stephen and dale from Worcester xxx.
