Initially bought what I thought were "Okay" shoes from there. I was told that I could return the shoes within 14 days if I wasn't happy with the purchase. Went back within the 14 days to find that since then, they had gone into administration but would consider returns. I asked to speak to the Manager "Jackie", who had the most appalling customer service anyone had ever seen. She seemed not to care anymore, as (in her own words, she no longer had a job). She rudely indicated the policy which "...had nothing to do with her" which clearly said that I could get my money back, as I bought my shoes before the 21st March. Good luck to her getting a new job with that type of customer service attitude. Stay away.

Got my last pair of trainers here, and after less than 2 months, they'd fallen apart; soles wearing down to nothing, splitting open on the bottom, the metal rings the laces go through had rusted, and laces in tatters. The guy at the till I spoke to when I bought them was really nice, so amazing customer service, just a pretty bad product. If it had been a £10 pair, then okay, but for £30?

Choice of childrens shoea was a bit poor but the staff were very helpful.
