Brave Angel Yoga

Yoga has been a part of my life for a long time and yet I sometimes have struggled to find 'the right' class and teacher. When I moved into the area a year ago I couldn't believe that I found this class at the end of the street (well actually Tor found me!). It is absolutely wonderful and a real treat. Tor is really knowledgeable, genuine and more than just our teacher. The sessions are invigorating for mind, body and soul and I would highly recommend them. Having said this, they are probably not everyone's cup of tea. If you like 'gym-style yoga' which is solely about postures then maybe go to the gym instead. This is all that and then more.
