Join us to get stretchy and serene with this fun, feel good flow.... Vinyasa yoga is dynamic and flowing in style, focusing on the cultivation of breath with movement.
Each practice starts with a seated meditation and pranayama (breath work) to help settle the mind preparing for the physical practice. We then flow into sun salutations to create heat in the body, and thoughtfully weave in postures to encourage balance of both strength and flexibility.
Every practice culminates with a deeply relaxing guided savasana to restore and rejuvenate in body and mind.
Suitable for all levels as modifications to postures will be offered.

Our yoga foundations class is the perfect environment for you to start your yoga practice or just strip it back to basics and nail those key foundation poses. We want you to feel safe and supported when trying anything new and pushing your comfort zone, so we keep this class no bigger than 6 students at a time.

This class combines yoga asanas (postures) from both Yin and Yang practises. We will work on the breath using traditional Pranayama (breathing) techniques and practise the art of mindful meditation, helping us to calm the mind and the nervous system. The class will consist of two halves, the first a Yang Yoga flow, cultivating warmth in the body and working in tune with our bodies through a series of flowing movements. The sec...ond half will follow through a series of Yin asanas (postures held for up to 5 minutes). We will practise the art of stillness and relaxation within this half of the class, working towards our final mediation and Savasana. Each class will be accompanied by a specially selected playlist and work with defused essential oils to provide a truly relaxing and unique yoga experience.

Well done to our solid crew at 'Dynamic Power' this morning exploring full body strength, co-ordination and balance - and you all nailed it! 👏👏
Today we also talked about working to a timer. In our Dynamic Power class (and in many other forms of fitness classes or training plans) we often work to a timer to complete as many reps as possible of a given weight training exercise... BUT you should never compromise on your technique to do so. Instead aim for "as many reps as possi...ble with perfect form", if you need to finish before the timer to keep your form spot on then so be it! That isn't failure, that's just being respectful to your body and listening to its limits. Once you can work for the entire duration of the timer comfortably that's when you can move up in the weight you're lifting (or body weight progression). By gradually and consistently challenging your strength whilst looking after your body, you will adapt and improve - no matter who you are and what your history is with exercise! We gently mobilise your joints with a flowing warm-up and then move into mindful strength stability exercises using just your bodyweight and resistance bands for a simple yet effective posture re-set. Visited today for a small group pt session and was really impressed. Lovely studio with a really supportive and positive feel to the session. I felt challenged & pushed myself feeling confident that I was in very safe hands. My first ever pt session and I'm looking forward to returning!

I absolutely loved Lily's restorative Yin class!!! Very insightful and thoughtful. The space was so peaceful and calming. We even had tea afterwords!! Absolute treat and will be coming again to Brave Move �

Can't recommend this highly enough, the classes are small, welcoming, fun, knackering and lovely instructor who genuinely cares about her group and is really motivating, give it a go people!
