Bray Consulting is a tight-knit consultancy firm, founded by Steve Bray in 2022. Steve returned to the UK healthcare and medical supply industry after being persuaded by a former competitor to come out of his brief retirement and help them with a large and sensitive project. To help with that specific contract, Steve was joined by former colleague Simon Leggett. Simon has an equally impressive CV, with skills and experience in and outside of healthcare supplies. CEOs and business owners of medical supply businesses can seek guidance and challenging business issues from experienced ‘experts' who have a diverse portfolio covering the full spectrum of business levels. Our new team has had decades of experience in industry, with Steve Bray in particular having over 33 years in the UK medical supplies and healthcare space. Both Steve and Simon have handled multiple mergers and acquisitions, as well as business selling, business growth, and business exit strategies. Disillusioned with the lackadaisical and generic attitude of large consultancy firms towards healthcare supplies businesses, Bray Consulting is founded on the belief of working long-term with the businesses that need the help the most.
