Really polite and well organised

Compliments for the passport office staff today. The service was really efficient. I arrived more than half hour earlier for my appointment and I did not wait more than 2 minutes to be served. In less than 30 minutes I had my new passport issued. Please keep the service like this, it was really pleasant. Great work!

Get ready to the most senseless and bourocratic brazilian public service you will ever meet in your your entire life. And im comparing with Congo.

Tried 40 times yesterday and so far 72 times today to call the Consulate! Engaged. Why do they bother having a phone service? I would give no stars as a review standard but it won't let me.

Friendly and polite staff, very well organised. Make sure to read instructions on the website before going and you will have a great experience.

Upon reading other reviews and my personal experience, I believe its fair to say that the Attendandee will treat you the way you treat them. For the best anf most pleasant experience think about going there as a job interview, think about body language, voice tone (soft & cleary spoken) your language, eye contact,etc... And dont forget, have everything you will need and may need, this convey the message you know what you want and that youre a Gentleman/Lady.

Good Service. Better day by day

I applied for a tourist visa today, the staff was fast and friendly my application was handled by a nice lady called Claudia she was friendly and smiling. Despite the amount of papers they requested, as long as you are prepared you're going to be satisfied, one of my best experiences.

Positive Experience

The service is definitely a third world country one!
I send a text ready for an attorney letter to be issued in word document. The work was just to copy and paste my text. The one who was supposed to perform this "hard task" was still able to write my name wrong from the beginning to the end!!!!
The place resembles the INAMPS establishments in brasil. And the face of that creature I will never forget!
Calling is a nightmare, there is not even a voice mail to live a message!
There is nothing really to expect from brasil!!!
