Went with a large group for a family Birthday meal. I have to say the food was stunning, the staff were attentive and efficient and the roast potatoes reminded me of traditional home cooking, just like my Nanna used to make which gave me warm memories. Definitely be back and highly recommend this warm, lovely pub.

Went to the Bread and cheese with friends for afternoon tea. I have to say it was the best we have had. Food was delicious and plentiful, and the staff were great, polite and very helpful.

We are already planning our next visit.

Went for a nice lunch today after our usual ‘go to’ restaurant was fully booked at lunch. Hubby and I had lovely starters and main course clearly all cooked fresh. Can highly recommend the hollumi salad and minted lamb burger �

Went for Sunday lunch & couldn't fault it. My wife & I & our 4 yr old. Food was superb. Service was excellent. All reasonably priced. An added bonus was the snowy scene outside. All made for a very enjoyable experience. Will recommend & will definitely be visiting again.

We visited yesterday for a family celebration, there was lots of us! The food was fab and we will definitely be going back again.

We had our daughter's 1st Birthday party here on Saturday and couldn't have asked for anything better. The staff were fantastic and the food was amazing. We were allowed to decorate the area we was allocated and nothing was a problem. It was a day we won't forget. We would definitely recommend this venue to have any occasion. Thankyou again to everyone made it such a great day

Tried out the new menu last night and absolutely loved it. Had six of the small dishes and every one of them tasted great and with super service will definitely return.

Such a lovely place to go for food or a drink or BOTH!!!!

Popped in on the off chance on a Tuesday night. Staff were so friendly and looked after us, food was amazing we had the burgers and all I can say is Yum!! Best food Iv had in a while we wanted to lick our plates! We will definitely be back again. Thank you for a lovely meal!

Me and my close group of friends go here for a drink every now and then. The bar staff are very polite and I had the wonderful pleasure of meeting the manageress and she was absolutely lovely! Great place for food to! Would highly recommend to everyone. I go here so often the staff even know my name which is lovely as the atmosphere is always so friendly! Can't rate this place enough!

Have been here several times and always had a nice meal. Staff are helpful and friendly, nice surroundings, have just booked to have an afternoon tea here and I'm really looking forward to it 😊

Had an engagement celebration yesterday here and the food and atmosphere were fantastic would definitely be going back again thanks again to all staff there we all had a great time.

Had a lovely afternoon tea with my sister and 3 year old daughter. The staff were great and we all had a lovely time... not my first visit but first afternoon tea, which was just as yummy as the other food available.

Fab pub 👍Great staff great drinks and food and a great atmosphere all round the garden is great with its own bar never have to wait too long for a drink.

Great cocktails served and the pizza bar is great also

They had a Mexican fest yesterday food was great and reasonably priced and the garden was decorated so well felt like we were in cancun at a beach bar

The pub has everything for all ages from afternoon tea to a monthly soul night the restaurant is 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing food very very nice beer nice clean pumps for the lager best fosters I have had in ages, amazing steak � melt in the mouth I will be back the watch the football soon..

The decor was lovely apart from the main carpet and the tables a bit rough. The food was delicious and not a bad price and the atmosphere is pleasant. I had a lovely late Mothers Day meal. I would highly recommend to friends and family 😊

Had an Xmas lunchtime meal here. All very nice except we were denied the glass of fizz even though it specifically states on the menu any party over 6 will receive a free glass of fizz. When questioned the manager stated this only applies after 6pm! No where does it state this in the menu and please tell me for what possible reason!
