Breaking Boundaries Africa Description

Our mission at Breaking Boundaries Africa is exactly as the name suggests…. .

We want to safely strip away the restrictions that some conditions can place on the freedom of those afflicted (or affected depending on your outlook) by various types of disability, and enable an action packed or quiet reflective experience in the most beautiful and diverse continent in the world (in our humble opinion).

This includes most forms of physical disability although we are more than welcoming to those with sensory impairments and what the often uneducated masses refer to as mental disablement.

We can offer:

Safari in the premier National Parks of Uganda where you will (hopefully - 99% ) see:

Lions, Elephants, Rhino, Giraffe, Zebra, Gazelle, dik-dik and so many more too numerous to list here!

Uganda also has the best fishing in Africa (the river Nile has it’s source here) so you can expect to pull Tilapia out of the water all day if you like, although the coup de gras would be the magnificent Nile Perch! ! ! !

East Africa and Uganda in particular also has the most varied avian population in the world, the sight of a Fish Eagle swooping down to pluck fish from the lake is common.

Our exporters can advise and confirm in all matters relating to this activity.

Otherwise you can expect fine dining and barbeques are frequent and yummy with the freshly caught ’Nyama’ (meat) that is available….

This offer is the experience of a lifetime and your physical /mental capabilities are off-set in a compassionate and empathetic way.

Being a one legged amputee myself I have made every effort to ensure your particular condition is not relevant to the experiences we can offer.

We also have a 24 hour Nurse on standby to respond to any complications that may arise, as well as strong links with a British Doctor in Kampala who could if needed expedite repatriation in the highly unlikely event that this were needed.
