went on monday 6th aug. My kids aged 12,11 and 9 had an absolute awesome day they all had the mega wristbands as they ride anything (nothing to high nothing to fast for them) i used my tesco vouchers and had to pay 50p difference on the gate. Did have the odd ride with issues but was resolved quickly. My kids have asked to return last week of the school hols as they enjoyed it that much �

we visit brean every year sometimes few times a year and always have a couple of long day at brean leisure park we came back a week ago after having the most amazing 3 night caravan stay at brean leisure park and the caravan was beautiful 5star and more and it could not of been more perfect bought all 4 kids 2 day wrist bands 3 mega and 1 junior and they totally love it even though they have got stuck at the top of the wild water a good fair few times but the staff are brilliant friendly really good with the kids and sort the problem on wild water quickly and my 2 older girls had there first ride on the big scary x treme and my 1 daughter was very worried but the man operating the ride was fab with her and really reassured her, top theme park we totally love it it’s the highlight of the kids holiday.... 5star and more

What a lovely clean theme park visited on Saturday with family and friends and lovely helpful staff had a great day out even went on the watersplash ride we will come and visit again keep up the good work x

Well me and my husband visited your park on the 23 erd of June I went looking for sooty I promised my great granddaughter Ellie Jones to say hello and give him a kiss from her witch I did lol I was like a kid myself haha anyhow being 74 and disabled I didn't go on your ride's but I have got to say your park is extremely clean I live near porthcawl fair grounds in south Wales the last time I visited it it was so untidy and dirty so well done to you and your staff was very happy to help me and especially sooty and his helper see you again next year x

We took a 13yr old, an 8yr old and a 4yr old on a Saturday after 4pm, so had cheaper tickets. They stayed for hours repeatedly going on rides, no queues and plenty for them all to do. One of the best days out we have ever had. I had read some bad reviews but disagree with them all. Amazing value for money. We worked out that if each ride was paid for separately, it would have cost us in excess of £350 and all for £45. Toilets were clean, we ate in the Tavern and the food was delicious. Thank you for a great afternoon/evening!!

Visited today with our grandsons what a lovely family attraction clean tidy friendly staff value for money day pass and only 20 mins from Bristol the grandkids and � loved it x

Myself, my husband and our children have just got home after an amazing weekend in brean. Our son has autism and LOVES the the rides so we spent two days at the fair...we bought the two day mega wristbands so it was great value for money and we all had such a fab time! All of the staff were amazing with our son...very patient and and quiet times allowed him to stay on the rides rather than queue. We’d also like to say a special ‘thank you’ to the lady Jemma(working in the ticket kiosk) who was brilliant with us while purchasing wristbands and every time we went back for a new one when our son pulled his off �

Had a great day .. but Pandora bracelet lost today... PLEASE if any one finds it let me no... sentilmentle value. Thank you

Had a really good day with the family today, park wasn't too busy so queues were small or non existent. Prices were more than reasonable and definitely got our money's worth. Saw a lot of the negative reviews and nearly avoided Brean but glad we gave it a shot. Was there from opening to close and still didn't get all the rides in, thank you for a fun family day out!

Costa cabin staff need training as the hot chocolate had no frothy milk added and was undrinkable.

Other than that the park is very child friendly

myself and family visited your park today it is great value for money we did have a problem with terror house my son and daughter had got stuck in the cart has it started goin up they called for help which the man came and done something with the track they got bk in the cart and it kept tipping backwards which led them to leave the ride by foot they were upset about this overall the other rides were fine they were gutted has the crazy loop wasnt up and running sorry to complain

Rides in rotation meaning lucky if your child manages to get on anything, made even more infuriating by seeing most members of staff just stood around eating, gossiping and drinking. Very disappointing for the money.

Way to over priced.. me and my family went there and the wrist bands were varied prices because of the kids ages and sizes.. We didn't plan on staying all day so we bought tokens at a rate of £1 per token and most rides were 4/3 tokens.. and half of the rides were shut. We also went swimming in the leisure park. And for £49 It wasn't worth it for 5 of us.. they let to many people in at once despite the time slots.. It was way to over crowded to swim and enjoy with the kids. And also the life guards were allowing older kids to bomb and dive next to my smaller kids despite there being signs not too. I won't return to either park

And then to top it off got a parking ticket for car park across the road when I purchased a ticket that was way over the top for the state of the car park

Spent a day here 1st june, stayed at unity so had discount on wristbands but still cost £45 for two. Kids love it normally but on this occasion they had a problem with a member of staff which upset my daughter and ultimately spoiled their day. Emailed park on 2nd june, rang and left messages but 16 days later still no reply. They really need to train their staff how to deal with the public, and management need to deal with problems swiftly.

Me and my family visted brean theme park yesterday for the 1st time, after paying for wristbands for a family of 4 cost over £100 there were at least 3 rides not operating all day, and on numerous occasions i had to find staff to see if certain rides were on especially the caterpillar ride. At certain points yesterday there were over 6 rides shut for either staff breaks or wet weather. I understand that rides have to close if weather is bad and staff beed break, but when I went to ask what was going on at park infomation desk, there was no one there a ride operater came over to ask what the problem was to which I said I wanted to speak to someone as regards to ride closure, the operator radioed the manager and his answer was he was too busy to come down and see me, and there is nothing they could do as bad weather was forecasted that day. I was utterly shocked at this awful customer service! The manager clearly had no time for a customer! The attitude of a selected few of the park staff was upsetting at times, it honestly felt as though it was a choir for them to be opening there ride if if was quiet and one remark made when I asked if the belt was tight enough for my son was 'well it wouldn't close if it wasn't' I mean seriously how rude. I will not be returning to brean theme again which is ashame as I visit often and will defiantly be escalating complaint further.

Day was ruined due to incorrect advertising. I bought mega wristbands for all 4 kids as on the website it states junior is for up to 1.1m.

2 of mine are 1.16 and 1.18. But they couldn't do most of the rides as they needed to be 1.2m. The junior wristband would have got them on to the ones they could do.

On the new flyers at the park it states 1.2m but not on the website.

However new fliers state some rides are 1.2m and actually at the park they state 1.1m!

Very frustrating - I won't be recommending Brean.

I have come back with SERIOUS injuries because the men who are supposed to be working on the rides FAILED to tell me that the smallest person has to sit at the back on the water ride.
