Nicely laid out. All the facilities you could want. Lovely people. Best campsite I've found.

good place to book for camping - not as busy as those near the sea and still not that far from the sea

Absolutely loved this place. Campsite staff are very friendly and helpful. The shop in reception is tiny but has all the essentials and also toys, sweets and even ice cream. We don't like noisy campsites and this one is very quiet and has a lot of room to explore and even walk/exercise your dog and kids. The campsite works on solar power for hook ups and showers. Showers work on tokens. 3 minutes 50p. Great water pressure and plenty of hot water. There is a washing machine and a dryer in the laundry room as well as 2 freezers for your ice packs. Liked it so much had to book another holiday as soon as we returned home.

Visited for three nights last year, going again for longer in two weeks time. Very friendly and helpful staff; when I originally booked last year I didn't realise there were no electrical points in the field we had booked, all I wanted it for was to charge my phone and so they allowed me to charge it in the house.
Excellent quiet policy too as it allows you to relax properly.
Excellent value for money and a short drive to surrounding beauty spots.
My parents have also visited due to our recommendation.

Brilliant Campsite, allows campfires, adequate price and a friendly atmosphere that accommodates for both all types of caravan and campers.
