Breckland Retail Services is a Norfolk based EPoS & IT Support company that serves mainly East Anglia but serves clients nationwide, as far up as Scotland.

Breckland Retail Services was founded in 2015 after it's founder Paul Knock, whom had many years experience in both IT Support and EPoS Support found there was a requirement for an IT Support company that understood what retailers wanted. There are lots of IT Support companies in the market, but they all charge a premium for 'out of hours' support. We believe that Retailers should be treated with a different approach as a ten minute down time of a till will have a totally different impact if it was an Office PC.

Because retailers operate differently from other businesses, our standard charge for support is from 8am-8pm as we know that important upgrades and fixes cannot be undertaken during busy periods, so we don't charge extra out of the normal working hours.
