Very frustrated and annoyed as of right now. Made an order over 4 hours ago and the food has still not arrived. Made multiple attempts at calling the takeaway but was unsuccessful as the phone line was engaged/they made no attempt at picking up. I have just been informed by the live chat on the website that the takeaway shop is now closed and I will be refunded. Very poor Service, it's hard to believe this is a running food establishment when the service they offer is a total shambles. Will not be buying from here again.

Worst pizza place I have ever tried. Hard to believe they actually sell pizzas when the quality is so poor.

Terrible. Food order wrong. Took over an hour to arrive. We ordered online so thought that would be easier. Don't bother as they completely ignored original order. We called up to see if we could get the right order or have our money back and they didn't want to know. This is after they put a flyer through my door for new customers. Seriously folks don't bother with them!

The food was delicious, the delivery driver was polite could not fault you guys. Recommend to everyone😃

Good food bit dear but still worth it

Had a big order, every single item was freezing cold. The delivery was 40 minutes late.

Fairly good kebabs and burgers Ok pizzas delivery is available on request.

Worst fast food in UK... and expensive. We didnt even finish the food. Shame

Food is good but service is terrible. Twice I came at the time they told me it would be ready and twice it was late the first time it took almost a bloody hour. The manager wanted to blame me for it but he blamed his staff. I was calm enough to break it off and I did argue at him. I'm usually a shy person but this place is terrible for customer service. If they tell you 15 minutes expect 45 minutes. He apologised but it was half assed.

Ordered food at midnight and the man said it would be delivered around an hour. Did not turn up. Did not inform me either. Very poor customer service. Very Hungary and disappointed. Would not recommend

This place has as much service as a Garage that is closed for the day.

I have been going here since day it opened, but today's events I have had enough and will not be going again.

Constantly getting order wrong, so I order online through just-eat thinking they cannot mess it up, and lo and behold they do.

Try to call and reason with them and you get them questioning if you ever placed an order or in my case phoning it through twice? yeah hang on I ordered my food then 5mins later I called it through again... like you do!

Other instances are, order on phone, tell you to come in half hour and you spend another half hour in the shop) common theme!

Silence on phone, can you hang on whilst I take another order? no response when you try talking to them are just brecks classics on the menu... together with getting wrong food it is a recipe for a disaster!

SORT IT OUT!!!!!

Received the wrong order. The food was disgusting. Called to complain and the worker didn't bother to reply to our complaint let alone tend to it, just stayed on the phone very quiet and confused. I would rate this take out 0 if i could. Such a waste of money and food!
