My mission is to promote my traditional family recipes that have been passed down from generation to generation. I use quality ingredients that promote local produce and easy to source Indian spices to make them into healthy, homely and tasty meals. You will learn to cook both non-vegetarian and vegetarian dishes along with a selection of Indian wholemeal rotis, rice dishes, chutneys and raitas that compliment each other. The classes include a session on demystifying Indian spices as they form the backbone of all curries.
