Sarah is a qualified Colour Therapist and Reiki Master who believes in the holistic approach to healing, wellbeing and the power of a positive mindset. Sarah is passionate about the vibrational healing power of colours and offers a number of treatments.

Sarah is passionate about the vibrational healing power of colours and will introduce the optimum balance of colour energies into the human organism to promote harmony and balance between mind, body, and spirit.

Sarah can offer the following treatments:

REIKI HEALING : Traditional Usui Reiki Lineage.

Sarah practises traditional Usui Reiki. A Japanese technique, it is a light contact treatment that promotes healing and relaxation in the body, engaging in a deeply relaxing process. Individuals will experience a feeling of peace, clarity, and overall improved wellbeing. Reiki sessions are non-invasive, where the client remains fully clothed, laying in a warm, relaxing therapy room, on a padded massage table. A visit can last between 60 - 90 minutes depending on the needs of the client. Multiple visits may be required to treat long term conditions, although one or two visits can help significantly with stress reduction.

COLOUR THERAPY :

A complimentary therapy for which there is evidence dating back thousands of years to the ancient cultures of Egypt, China and India. Colour is simply light varying wavelengths. Thus, each colour has it's own particular wavelength energy. Sarah uses coloured silk treatments, alongside colour meditations, breathing and solarised water.

Sarah also offers treatment for Seasonal Affective Disorder (S. A. D) Light therapy is a means of treating S. A. D as well as certain other conditions by exposure to artificial light. Using a light therapy box Sarah may be able to help treat depression and sleeping disorders.
