Brentford County Court

As with all the other reviewers, I wish I could give no stars. I've called them several times, I've never been answered but it either rings and tells you (repeatedly) that your call will be answered in the order it was received even if you call first thing. When you email them, it often takes over a day for them to respond. We've paid over £300 for our case to be processed and in the three months this has been ongoing, they've lost our case, forgot to send it to the defendant, re-found it, finally sent it out without all the relevant forms attached and when chased about this, we received a response saying they only deal with the admin - seemingly they can't even get that right. Now apparently there is a 'backlog' so God knows when our case will actually be looked at. If you can, find another court to handle your case.

Shocking. It's been harder to communicate with court staff and retrieve the funds that are being held after I won my case, than it has been to bring the CCJ against the debtor via MCOL. I've written to the court and received no reply, called for over an hour with no answer and now I'm told the court desk only opens by appointment, so there's no point in just turning up. This is a disgrace to the British legal system and I intend to complain.

Absolutely Terrible. I can't believe this is actually passing off as a county court.
Not only are they screwing landlords by delaying eviction possession orders for tenants and refusing to hire more bailiffs, but they don't even answer their bloody phone. Extremely unhelpful. I wanted to give a minus 5 rating

Very Un helpful - Staff cannot even be bothered to provide there email address, the website is absolutely useless- you will not find any email contact information under Contact us - Really!!! It should call it "Don't Contact us" would be more appropriate !!!!! Disgusting service for an entity that is supposed to upheld the law

If only no could give them a zero! Spend all day calling them for it to CONSTANTLY be engaged and then when you do get through they put you on hold and then cut you off!! FURIOUS!!

The day I arrive for my case, I was told that the claimant has withdraw the case, I asked the court why they did not inform me. They were like it is not their job. I paid them 250 for a private hearing but it is not their job to ring me. I ask for my money back and they were clever and told me that a judge will see me. Don't trust them AT ALL.........Ridiculous...I lost £250 to court rather than the cliamant.....

As I can not give them Zero I have to give them one star. Terrible service, lost my paperwork and due to that I am not paying big money to lawyers to get my case sorted. Terrible terrible!!!!
