Client Transformation! Amazing work by Kirsty Herring, putting in effort inside and outside the gym to get the goals she wants. Return of the workout Wednesday. If you are stuck for ideas in the gym, why not give this a go? Using a combination of resistance and cardiovascular training. For anyone that isn’t sure on what a thruster is.. this movement is a front squat into overhead press in one motion. Use a weight that each set is unbroken but heavy enough to challenge you. Today’s transformation comes from @sam_jennings. Transformations are usually seen as weight loss but for some people weight gain is just important. Depending on a persons metabolism and genetics gaining weight can be a real struggle. Sam has been consuming 4-5 thousand calories a day and has put on 14kg this year and start to pack on some muscle. Couldn’t be prouder of him and is only going to get better in the next few months. Couldn’t be happier of Katherine Clarke for her transformation and lifestyle change. When you see someone so often you sometimes forget how far they’ve come, which is why pictures are so important. Katherine has lost 5 1/2 stone since she started her weight loss and we have been working together since June. As a stay at home mum, fitness has made a big impact of Katherine’s life whilst also learning more about the importance of nutrition and lifestyle balance.
