We only went for breakfast it was lovely we all enjoyed it

Fabulous service yesterday. We used the function room for our trolls party with our friends and the staff were so helpful and friendly the food was amazing!! Nothing was too much trouble and they were so helpful all the time we were there. Thankyou so much for having us all we are so happy with today xx

Called in to treat my daughter on leaving school a few weeks ago(16th June). We had a variety of meals including mixed grills and paprika chicken. Everything was cooked to perfection. The only thing that annoyed me was that I was unable to eat it all 😂😂 Would definitely recommend giving the Pina Colada a try. 😍 They are always so accommodating too when we turn up with three small children.

We often go here for a meal and I can honestly say we have never had a bad meal. Tonight we went off the cuff for dinner and we had the special which was parmo chips and salad. It was huge and lovely and at 10.89 good value for money. I will say they normally do seem short of waiting staff but we never normally have to wait long for the food. Lovely food !

My son and myself ate here yesterday and must say it was lovely,smothered chicken was cooked to perfection with lots of bbq sauce,the vegan burger was also very nice according to my son and the service was great.�

Haven't been in for a while, but our party of four had a good meal, hot, well cooked and good service.

The food was basic nothing special ,very reasonable cost wise. The place it self was nice was staff very friendly .My veggie burger with fiery coating was not fiery at all and very dry.Mixed Grill my brother had said was mediocre and daughters chicken just OK .Did not complain as cheap enough and OK .

I took my two daughters this afternoon for Lunch, we had to wait ten mins for someone to come and seat us even though it wasn’t busy at this point.

When the food came I had to ask for the BBQ sauce smothered chicken to actually have some BBQ sauce on it that they had forgotten. The BBQ ended up as a cold portion rather than hot on the chicken.

My burger with melted blue cheese had no cheese in it so that was sent back.

It took 15 mins for our plates to be cleared after eating even though the staff were just stood chatting to one another pretty much next to us.

Afterwards when I ordered puddings , the woman who served me neglected to give me my change so I had to ask for it.

Once food was correct, it was ok.

I watched a manager? Clean the carpets and when I say clean I mean sweeping bits off food under the table from a previous family.



Such a shame as it was a place worth going to few months back. It has gone down hill in all aspects.

We visited on Sunday evening, a table of 7.

The service was seriously lacking and the wait for the food was ridiculous!

Complaints about the wait for food fell on deaf ears with the waiting staff, the only helpful member of staff in there was the bar maid!

We were told the children's desserts would be free because of the delay but realised they had charged me for them when I got home.

I put in a complaint on the website but didn't get a response so I guess it's not just the restaurant staff that aren't bothered!

The food was actually pretty good, but then when you have been sat for an hour and a half waiting for it to arrive it would taste good!

Sort it out Brewers Fayre!

Visited on sunday staff were lovely although i feel they were struggling / not enough staff to clear tables and keep on top of other tasks which meant a queue to wait whilst tables were checked & cleaned ready for seating people.

Cutlery wasn't very clean & soup bowls were dirty - this was a little off putting.

Carvery was lovely.

Can't fault the staff, very friendly & approachable even if they do seem run off their feet.

I've been here a few times and the food has always been nice, but we went for the carvery today, and that was a big big mistake. The "turkey" and "ham" were tasteless - probably because they were processed, and the beef - although it looked nice, was uncut-able and would have been better off served with a steak knife. Gravy was runny, there was some sort of hard object in the stuffing, and there were no sprouts. No sprouts. Very disappointed.



The Festive Offer said 2 courses for £10.99, and we assumed this would include either a starter or a pudding as well as the main meal - not so. Apparently it was just soup and carvery. This was not as advertised, and when I asked about it, I was just bluffed with something about it only being available on Christmas Day? Interesting.



I asked for a "doggy bag" to take home the rest of my meal, because after finding the hard object in the stuffing, I didn't feel very hungry any more. The chap brought over a paper cake box. How on earth he thought that was going to hold a gravy based meal, I have no idea. He eventually found some cling film and lined the box with that, because there was no tin foil.



Overall, fairly disappointing, but the cauliflower cheese was nice.

Firstly, we booked a table on their website to be told when we arrived they had no booking under our name. The guy seemed annoyed with us!. Then he found us a table, which he didn't bother to clean. It was covered in ketchup! The cutlery too was filthy. Secondly, when our food arrived, one of the children's meals was incorrect. They took It back to no doubt microwave the correct meal which shouldn't of taken long. It took 20minutes!! Most of us had finished eating by that point. When it came out there was no suggestion of a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience, so I had to ask. Would not go again.

First bad experience of brewers fare

When we turned up the sign reads wait here to be seated.After a long wait even though it wasn’t busy we were directed to a table.Me and my wife ordered mixed grills when the food came out my wife had eggs that were clear and uncooked so she let a waitress know who took the meal away but the worst part was all they did was scrape egg off meal and put 2 more on and turned the gammon upside down thinking we wouldn’t notice we didn’t get anyone ask if our meal was ok because they blatantly knew it wasn’t what a let down and quite disgusting that they would just scrape the egg off.Also while we were there a party must have been on and we overheard several more complaints I think il give this place a miss from now on

Went in son won on game machine but got stuck on the arm so said staff what happens can get it off she said been like that all day he never won so called me and my son liar carnt believe it one thing we are is liars she was very rude so then refused eat meals had ordered asked for refund never go back there again be spoken to like that rude member off staff if broke which wasn't should had out off order on it everytime go crap place something wrong

The worst meal I have eaten or not eaten in a very long time keep away when your paying just under £10 for a plain buger and chips and they still get it wrong

Ordered a rib eye steak worst I have ever tasted undercooked , chips and onion rings so dry and appeared to have been cooked earlier only thing edible was the peas. No waiter service just can along and picked up my almost full plate and never even asked how it was. Never again Catterick needs another hotel although I will have to stay at hotel will never eat here again

I used to visit this restaurant almost every week and could never really fault it for what you got for your money, but now I’m very reluctant to set foot in the place!

The service especially is diabolical. I’ve complained about it on several occasions, and have yet to see any improvement. My last visit was for my birthday where I had the “ribeye” steak! Well being a chef myself, I know what to expect from a ribeye steak, and that showed no resemblance to any ribeye steak i had ever seen in my life. I wouldn’t even feed it to my dog!! I think the shift supervisors/managers could maybe do with more training in customer relations as they seem unable to cope with complaints. No apology, offer of free drink, knock it off the bill, nothing!

The place is definitely not what it used to be!

I ordered the sweet potato and feta lasagne had it previously and it was one of the best I had. Came out to today and the middle was cold. Sent it back and asked for a fresh one 20 minutes late it came which I didn't mind as I wanted it to be hot. It came out without the chips and the waitress said she would bring the chips out when they are ready but wanted to get the lasagne out. Chips came out about 5 minutes later. My lasagne however had gone to the other extreme yes it was hot but it was also over cooked and quite hard and no taste really. Couldn't see any sweet potato and the chips where undercooked. By the point I just gave up and left. Could have done with cleaning the floor as we're we sat there was loads of chips on the floor which most have been from someone who left before we arrived as no one sitting there but even when they cleared the table no one thought to give it a clean. Not rushing back
